Publisher and intellectual property

Newton's Puzzle Expedition is published by Darren William Holden. “Newton's Puzzle Expedition”, Professor Newton and the game's original artwork, text, puzzle presentation and software are protected intellectual property.

Licence and acceptable use

Your App Store download grants a personal, non-transferable licence to use the game under Apple's Standard End User Licence Agreement. Do not copy, redistribute, reverse engineer, interfere with purchases, or use the game unlawfully.

Purchases

Apple handles payment, billing, refunds and transaction verification. Permanent themes and Starter Bundle ownership can be restored through the Shop. Consumable supplies are granted once per verified transaction and are depleted when used; they are not re-granted by Restore Purchases.

Availability

Newton is designed for offline core play. App Store purchasing, public help pages and private iCloud recovery require the relevant Apple or internet service and may be temporarily unavailable. Failure of an online service does not intentionally block core gameplay.

No health claims

Newton is an entertainment puzzle game. It makes no medical, diagnostic, IQ, dementia-prevention or therapeutic claim.
